COURSE DESCRIPTION
This PMP Exam Preparation Course is based on the 2021 Course Outline. This course is based primarily on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® A Guide to the Project Management Body Of Knowledge, Sixth Edition (PMBOK® Guide) and Agile Practice Guide. It is a comprehensive course that will assist individuals in preparing for the PMI’s PMP® certification exam.
CLASSROOM TRAINING
In-person classroom training undoubtedly the best way of learning. Due to COVID conditions, at present, we are not conducting any classroom training. We will resume classroom PMP training in Dhaka once the situation becomes normal. Until then we are conducting PMP training in Bangladesh and other parts of the world through online platforms.
CERTIFICATION
Research indicates that employers will need to fill nearly 2.2 million new project-oriented roles each year through 2027. This means skilled project managers will be in high demand.
Wherever you are in your career, the globally-recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification tells employers, peers, and the world you know what you’re doing in project management.
Even if “project manager” isn’t part of your title, the PMP applies to anyone who helps bring a project to completion. The PMP certification recognizes your ability to manage projects—and the hard work you’ve done so far.
WHY PMP CERTIFICATION
a). Organization Point of View
According to the Standish Group, only 29% of all projects are successful in terms of achieving cost, schedule, and quality objectives. However, a success rate of 75% is achieved by employing modern project management standards, tools, and techniques. The PMBOK® and PMI Licensed Courseware provide these standards, tools, and techniques. Hiring PMP® certified project managers provide organizations with significantly greater success on their projects. More and more project management organizations are moving towards hiring ONLY certified PMP®s.
b). Individual Project Manager’s Point of View
Many organizations are recognizing the value of PMP® certification and are requiring their project managers to be PMP® certified. According to PMI’s annual salary survey, PMP® certified project managers receive a higher salary than non-PMP® certified project managers.
In another survey conducted by Foote Partners* on behalf of PMI®, their results further supported the fact that PMP® certified project managers were getting paid more money than non- PMP®s.
